Why ReMatriated?

The concept of Rematriation refers to a return to indigeneity -- a reclamation of ancestral spirituality, culture, wisdom and resources. This term encompasses my journey, all the while honoring Mother Earth through a matriarchal lense.

What am I up to?

I am a co-founder of Roots Collective GH, a womxn-led community collective headquartered in both Accra and California. I am also a recent graduate with a BA in Psychology. These roles, both of which have enhanced my passion for personal and community wellness, have allowed me to travel and grow.

My hope is that through sharing my experiences, I can inspire others to follow their bliss while intentionally caring for themselves and others.
